Most popular seems to be blood purification device also known as Beck zapper. It is completly different from Dr Hulda Clark zapper in frequency and amplitude ie:
Dr Beck - freq = 4 Hz, ampl = 27V pp (peak to peak)
Dr Clark - freq = 30 kHz approx, ampl = 9V (0.5-9V ie: with slight positive offset)
Both zappers generate square wave signal.
